Roswitha of Gandersheim

- Odd little things, these, a tenth-century nun rewriting Terence so the virtuous women win, and genuinely funny in spots (a Roman governor amorously kissing sooty kitchen pots, thinking they're the girls). Short, strange, and worth it if medieval weirdness charms you rather than tries your patience.
