Jacob’s Room Virginia Woolf
You meet Jacob mostly through other people, rooms, glimpses, and the oddly charged things he leaves behind, so the novel can feel elusive rather than conventionally plotted. If you enjoy Woolf’s fractured, observant way of making absence feel present, its quiet strangeness stays with you.
Three Sisters Anton Chekhov, traducido por Julius West
Not much happens, which is the point: three sisters keep saying they'll go to Moscow and you slowly realize they never will. If you can sit with that ache, the Prozorov house, Natasha quietly taking it over room by room, will stay with you for years.
